Guru Datta! Shri Datta ! Prabhu Datta!
With the salutations at the lotus feet of Swami, I would like to share my experiences with my contemporary human incarnation of Lord Datta i.e., His Holiness Shri Datta Swami.
Saving my investments & giving profits:
Some time back, I invested in UTI Mutual funds. Actually, I don’t know much about Mutual Fund investments. I filled the forms for investing monthly in UTI Mutual funds in Systematic Investment Plan (SIP) and gave them to Shri Phani ji. The investment is getting deducted from my bank account. It’s almost around three years now. One day, I was sitting in the office. All of a sudden, an idea struck to me to disinvest the money. It was around 3 p.m. in the afternoon. I logged in to my account and disinvested some huge money. I thought, I exited with very good profit. After sometime, I just categorically discussed with my colleague in general about investment and disinvestment. Immediately, he told me that I should not have disinvested at this time because it is already around 3 p.m. and I will not get today’s price/NAV. He also told me that if tomorrow morning markets start with loss, I will get that price/NAV for my stocks. He also told that for the last few days, markets are opening with loss of points also. Sometimes, we see such incidents when markets start with big losses in the morning. If the markets happen to start with losses on the following day, I may lose not only profit but I may even lose a part of my own original investment also. Then I realized that I should have discussed with experts in the field before taking such decisions. But, now, I cannot do anything. The incident cannot be reversed. So, I left it to Swami. But, by Swami’s grace, next day markets started without any loss of points. So, Swami saved not only my original investment but also gave me good profit. Swami, many many thanks for your kindness. Omniscience of Swami:
Swami in one of His messages mentioned that Shri Satya Baba, Sri Ganapathy Sachchidananda Swami and Shri Datta Swami are the three contemporary incarnations of God Datta. In the past also, multiple incarnations existed simultaneously like Rama and Parashurama; Krishna and Vyasa etc. Swami also gave in the message that Shri Satya Sai came for converting atheists to theists through the demonstration of a variety of miracles, which is like the foundation. Sri Ganapathy Sachchidananda Swami came to develop theism by way of rituals and bhajans. This is like erection of walls on the foundation. The roof on the walls is only leftover which is being done through our Shri Datta Swami. At this level, the real meaning of the word Datta is revealed, which is that Datta is God given to the human beings on this earth through the present human form only.
Since Sri Ganapathy Sachchidananda Swamiji is also incarnation of God, one day, I thought of visiting Sri Ganapathy Sachchidananda Swamiji ashram, Datta Peetham in Mysuru. Ekadasha Rudrabhishekam rituals were going on there. Swamiji was giving darshan. I was a little bit far off from Swamiji. Then, I felt in my mind that had it been with Shri Datta Swami, I would have been definitely near to Him. But, here lot of people are there surrounding Him as per His mission and so I am not getting opportunity to be close with Him. This flash occurred in my mind and immediately, I received a call from our Shri Datta Swami. He not only called me but spoke to me for sometime to satisfy my desire. Is this not showing omniscience of Swami? I have absolutely no doubt in this. It is just by Swami’s excellent kindness & grace He phoned me and talked to me.
Similar incident happened again. Once, Shri Ganapathy Sachchidananda Swamiji came to Mumbai. I happened to go to see Him along with the family. Again this time also, I could see Shri Ganapathy Sachchidananda Swamiji from far off. Same thought came to my mind and again at the same moment, I received a call from Shri Datta Swami.
Sa Satya Kamah… His words prevail
Once, Swami came to Mumbai. Lot of devotees gathered here. The devotees asked Swami different questions. He answered the doubts of all devotees. Later on, Swami told that let us type whatever divine knowledge just discussed in the computer for the sake of all the devotees. So, He started dictating the message and I started typing the message. After some time, typing of the message is completed. Swami then told me to take one print of it in my office. He also told me that there is no urgency. I had a laser printer in my house and so I felt that let me take the print of it now itself. Swami was lying on the bed next to my computer-printer set-up. I started the printer and gave the print of the message. Some pages struck in the printer, some pages printed half only, some pages printed with black scars etc. I had only small number of pages and all are exhausted. Due to my foolish ignorance and rigidity, I went out and purchased some more pages and tried. I could not succeed in all my attempts. Then I finally left my plan. Next day, I went to office and took print of that message. It came smoothly without wastage of single page. Swami’s words only prevailed. Then I realized my mistake. Thank You Swami for this excellent practical teaching. It is always the best to strictly follow the commands of Swami. Since Swami’s plans are unknown to us, it is always the best to strictly follow Him. This is the climax of advantage of association with the incarnation of God.
Doctor Offering Personal Brand New Car:
Recently, I happened to visit Vijayawada for the knee replacement operation of my father-in-law. This operation was done in Guntur hospital and was discharged from hospital after 4-5 days of observation. By Swami’s grace, the operation of replacement of both the knees happened successfully as assured by Swami to my father-in-law in the telephonic conversation.
Post-operation, he has some pains, which are obvious and some other complications. Physiotherapist suggested us to show to the same surgeon who has got hospital located in Vijayawada also. Myself and Bhagya went to the surgeon and explained about the pains and complications. The surgeon suggested to hospitalize him for a day for observation and asked me to bring him in the car. Previous day, Shri Phani took the car and went to Hyderabad for urgent work. So, we told the doctor that we don’t have a car and also asked him whether their hospital has got any ambulance. Suddenly, to our astonishment, the doctor offered his personal brand new Innova car to us to bring my father-in-law to the hospital. In fact, the car had only a paper number plate. It shows that it is bought very recently only, may be couple of days before. No doctor gives his personal brand-new car along with driver and helper to bring the patient to the hospital. It happened because of sheer grace of Swami only. There is not even an iota of doubt in this. Swami’s ways are unimaginable.
After listening to the experiences of devotees in weekly Satsangs, I felt I am highly unfaithful to Swami because even though He gave me plenty of experiences I am not able to share them here in this platform. Sharing of experiences of Swami is also a service to Swami, which instills faith in the devotees towards Him i.e., God.
