What is the solution for corruption existing in this world?

[Shri Kunal Chatterjee asked:- Today, a lot of corruption and wrong thinking of human beings exist everywhere in the world. What is the solution for this?[

Swami replied:- In the beginning of the creation, for a long time (Kruta Yuga, which was for 17 lakhs years), there was lot of discipline everywhere. Slowly, the human beings got bored with the routine and strict discipline. They aspired for freedom and this is natural. If the parents are bringing up their children with perfect discipline for a long time, the children get bored with the strict discipline. The parents also realize this and give some little freedom to the children. Similarly, God gave a little freedom to the human souls. The soul became free to do merit or sin. This does not mean that the soul can do anything anywhere. If the soul does so, it will be punished by the society and God’s divine administration is running above everything to maintain justice in the world. The petty human being has no control on any system existing in its own body. Hence, little freedom or controlled freedom was only given to the human souls. Due to this freedom, the sin is born. Due to the birth of sin and growth of sin, the divine administration became more complicated and the engagement of God became more deep.

In this way, God is more engaged and God is happy with this difficult administration. But, God did not give freedom with the intention of attaining more engagement for Himself. He gave the freedom to the human beings since they were very much bored with the life having no freedom at all. When the sin was born, God immediately created hell. In the beginning period, there was only heaven and His abode called ‘Brahmaloka.’ Later on, hell was created for punishing the sins. In the divine administration, there exists a special rule that talks about immediate reward or immediate punishment on the earth itself if the merits or sins respectively are more intensive (Atyutkaṭaiḥ pāpapuṇyaiḥ ihaiva phalmaśnute). Therefore, God has taken all the steps to control sin and promote merit. There is no any other way than this for any parent or even God. You need not doubt the divine saying that God has created seven upper worlds in the beginning of the creation itself. We are not denying this fact and in fact, heaven is one of the seven upper worlds. The hell that was created later on, does not disturb the number of seven upper worlds because hell is a sub-world in the first world called ‘Bhūloka.’ Since hell is not a separate world by itself, the number of seven upper worlds is not disturbed.
