Circular Regarding Submission of Questions for Bhaagavata Suutram

With the divine grace of Shri Datta Swami, the questions and answers in Bhagavata Suutram will be published on the website in the order in which the questions are received from the devotees and answered by Swamiji.

To provide an opportunity for all devotees to participate, each devotee is requested to submit a maximum of 25 questions. In exceptional circumstances, up to 50 questions may be considered.

At the end, while compiling as a book, the order will be changed. For systematic presentation, all the questions submitted by a devotee, along with the corresponding answers given by Shri Datta Swami, will be grouped together under a separate Paada (sub-section) bearing the devotee’s name. Thus, every Adhyaaya (chapter) will contain several Paadas, each representing a devotee’s collection of questions and Swami’s answers. Generally, the Paadas within an Adhyaaya will consist of devotees belonging to a particular location, such as Mumbai, Vijayawada, Hyderabad, and so on.

Devotees are kindly requested to frame their questions in a concise manner so as to facilitate brief yet meaningful answers from Swami. Even when a question is presented in a detailed form, Swami will suitably condense it by retaining its essence.

This approach is adopted in keeping with the true spirit of a Suutram, which is traditionally defined as a concise collection of statements that contains an ocean of profound meaning within a limited number of words (Alpaakshara masandigdham, Suutram suutra vido viduh).
