O Dattaatreya! O Dattaatreya! How sweet is Your name while speaking it! How sweet is Your speech itself!

कोटि कोटि घट सुधा पानं नु!
कोटि कोटि महती श्रवणं नु!
koṭi koṭi ghaṭa sudhā pānaṃ nu!
koṭi koṭi mahatī śravaṇaṃ nu!

While uttering Your name, I feel “Is it drinking crores and crores of pots of divine nectar”! While hearing You speaking, I feel “Is it hearing of crores and crores of musical instruments called Mahatīs of Sage Nārada”!

कियन्नु रम्यं तव सौन्दर्यम्!
कोटि कोटि मदनानां रूपम्!
