Swami answers questions of Shri Anil

[Shri Anil Antony asked:- Padanamaskaram Swami, I request You to give answers to the following questions. At Your Lotus Divine Feet-anil]

1. If Hanuman became God Brahma, who would be the next Hanuman?

Swami replied:- Hanuman is the incarnation of God Shiva and repeats the same role in the next cycle of creation. When Hanuman merges in God Brahma, the future souls created by God Brahma will inculcate some better discipline due to the strict discipline of God Shiva. Due to the unimaginable power of God Shiva, Hanuman can remain in the role of the Ramayana and at the same time, He can merge with God Brahma as told in the Veda (Pūrṇamevāvaśiṣyate…).

2. Why did God Rama follow Lakshmana and jump into the Sarayu River?

[Lakshmana jumped into the Sarayū river and ended his life, Rama also followed him by jumping into the Sarayū river. Lakshmana was always associated with God Rama. But in this case why he left his life by jumping into the river? Why did God Rama follow him?]

Swami replied:- Lakshmana is Adishesha, the bed of God Rama (God Vishnu). We arrange the bed before the guest arrives.

3. Why did God Rama punish Himself in the next birth (as God Krishna) for killing Vali? Why not in the same birth?

Swami replied:- Killing Vaali is not a sin at all. God took the sin on Him to warn people against exploiting His correct action in wrong sense. Only very serious sins give their results in the same birth.

 [Questions from internet:]

4. When did humans first recognize God as an image, such as Lord Brahma, Lord Vishnu and Lord Mahesh?

Swami replied:- When the first energetic incarnation called God Datta appeared in whom the unimaginable God merged, the form of the medium appeared first. Then, God Datta possessing the three capabilities of creation, maintenance and destruction of the world, incarnated into three separate forms called God Brahma, God Vishnu and God Shiva. The sages travelling to the upper energetic worlds visited these these divine forms of God and mentioned about them through the scriptures to the humanity.

5. Why do Lord Vishnu and Ma Lakshmi not have children as Lord Shiva and Ma Parvati have?

Swami replied:- Goddess Maha Lakshmi had a son called Manmatha or Kama Deva.

7. Did the Sun god also ask the same questions to Krishna like Arjuna ?

[Bhagavad Gita was first spoken to the Sun god, did the Sun god also ask the same questions like Arjuna or is there only one way of telling of Krishna to the Sun God?]

Swami replied:- Although the questions were different, the overall subject of spiritual knowledge is the same as that of the Gita.

8. Why does Surya, Sun god have 7 horses or 7 rays emanating from him?

Swami replied:- The seven colors coming out from Sunlight represent the seven horses.
