1)  Kiṃ mūlamasya? idaṃ vijñeyamatrākāśaḥ purobhūtaṃ yadvinā nānyat

yannāsat na dravyāpekṣitaṃ vyatyayena vācyaṃ sūkṣmaśaktirākāśo hi ।

[What is the root cause of this world? – Before getting answer for this, we must know that space is the first of five elements (the five components) of this world. Without space, no other element can appear or exist. Hence, space is the fundamental...

Spiritual Knowledge Preached by Incarnation is Most Important Standing As Guide Light

Posted on: 03/03/2018

Shri Anil asked: Padanamaskaram Swami, Kindly give Your answers to the following questions from internet: 1) An ISKCON devotee state that Krishna has an eternal spiritual body and when Krishna came here His body was not ordinary body but this special body only by quoting the below verse from Brahma Samhita and its translation given by somebody. By this he wants to state that Krishna do not come in ordinary human body. Kindly clarify...

Swami replied: The above verse does not say that the body of Krishna is eternal. The body of Krishna made by five elements perished here and Arjuna performed all the ending rituals of the dead body of Krishna. He says that He enters the human body...

PARABRAHMA PANCHAKAM (The Unimaginable God)

For Scholars Posted on: 11/02/2018

1) Jagatyatra chakshurdrushaam sannikarshaat,

Anuhyakriyaanaam anuhyam hi mulam,

Tadaakaashasimnah param dandadaayi,

Parabrahma vastvasti nunam tvanuhyam.

In this world itself, unimaginable events called as miracles are seen by naked eyes and hence, there must be the source of these miracles, which is called as unimaginable God. Therefore, the unimaginable God has perception-authority, which is the basis for all authorities. Unimaginable means beyond imagination or logical analysis. Anything beyond space is unimaginable because any item beyond space ...

You Are Not Compensated in Anyway By Punishing Your Enemy

Posted on: 03/02/2018

Shri Anil asked: 1) You say that revenge shall be left to God. On the other hand you say that badness shall be opposed. How can you correlate these two?

Swami replied: Both these concepts are not mutually contradicting and you have retained both these concepts as per the context. If you are walking in your path, you may find a quarrel between two parties and you are not related to any party in anyway. Generally, people overlook such quarrels and go on their own way. This is wrong because you must oppose bad and protect good as servant of God, which is the divine quality of God. You must stop there and enquire both the parties to find out justice without any partiality since no party is related...

Upadeshaamrutam: Part-3

Posted on: 26/01/2018

35) Ahimsaa dharmavalabhih, pashutvam na pashurmatah,

Nivruttavapi karshet tvaam, shishyaakarnaya me priya!

My dear disciple! Listen Me. Non-violence is the roof of the justice. The animal nature shall be killed and not the animal! If you succeed in pravrutti, God will drag you in Nivrutti also.

[The greatest sin is violence (ahimsaa paramo dharmah), which means hurting or killing any good living being. People have misunderstood that animals are to be killed in sacrifice done for God. The Veda says that the animal to be killed is the rigid ignorance and stupidity of the animal-nature and not the actual animal...

Datta Upanishats: Chapter-3: Vishnudattopanishat

Posted on: 26/01/2018

Prathama Anuvaakah (First part): 1) Vishnu Datta is the real Brahmin. A Brahmin is not by birth, but, by real knowledge of God or Brahman (Brahma nayati iti Braahmanah). The real knowledge of God is that God is unimaginable and energetic incarnation in the upper world or human incarnation on this earth is the unimaginable God Himself due to perfect merge. Sage Atri was born as Vishnu Datta. Sage Atri could not salute Datta being His father. Hence, Atri was born as Vishnu Datta to salute to the holy feet of Datta. He is called as Vaidika, which does not mean a particular sect in the caste of Brahmins. Any soul, which takes the Veda as authority for recognizing God is Vaidika...

Datta Upanishats: Chapter-4: Dharmopanishat

Posted on: 26/01/2018

Prathama Anuvaakah (First part): 1) The cow surrendered to God Datta is the deity of justice, who is none other than the deity of death or Yamadharma Raaja. The cow is clean and white like the justice without any sin. Yama means control of senses and this is the important justice that prevents any sin. Sinless nature is also called as Anaghaa. The deity of justice is nothing but the nature of God Datta, which acts as judge. The deity Yama sits as judge and analyzes the deeds of souls to differentiate into sins...

Four Departments of Divine Administration

Posted on: 15/01/2018

Shri Durgaprasad asked: Padanamaskaram Swami, 1) You said that after Jesus crucifixion, Mohammed removed the concept of Human incarnation whole together at that time. But any Human incarnation can save Himself, as Krishna saved Himself from demons many times. Can you please explain. At your lotus feet, -Durgaprasad

Swami replied:- In such case, how do you explain the silence of Krishna, when He was shot dead by a hunter? When the hunter was repenting Krishna consoled him not to repent since it happened as per the divine program of God (Himself called as Vidhi). The reason behind this is that Krishna wanted to leave this materialized body...

Upadeshaamrutam: Part-2

Posted on: 13/01/2018

18) Upamaarupakabhrantih, bhedaamshaih saa nivartate,

Tasyopamaanashunyam cha, shishyaakarnaya me priya!

My dear disciple! Listen Me. By knowing the fundamental differences between God and soul, the illusion created by simile and metaphor is removed. Moreover, comparison to God is not available.

[Spiritual knowledge is easily understood if similes related to daily worldly life are given. The simile (Upamaalankaara) is identified mainly by the word ‘like’ (like is called as upamaavaachaka as found in ‘moon like face’...

Upadeshaamrutam: Part-1

1) Uktam paramahamsena, shukopyaakaasha vartmagah,

Adyaapiti matam viddhi, shishyaakarnaya me priya!

My dear disciple! Listen Me. Shri Paramahamsa told that sage Shuka is still travelling in space. Understand the meaning of this.

[No soul can cross the space because the link between the generator-unimaginable God and generated imaginable space is unimaginable. Unless this link is crossed, you can’t touch unimaginable God. The space can’t exist in God before its generation. If it existed, it is not generated. Hence, God has no space or volume in Him...

Datta Samaadhaana Sutram: Chapter-15 Part-6

Posted on: 04/01/2018
30) Upamaanopameyayoradvaitamiti chenna dvitiya bhedaat.
You shall not argue that the two compared items are one and the same. It is not correct because the second item always exists separately.

[Opponent:- The awareness creating the imaginary world is Eshwara. The awareness participating in the imaginary world is incarnation. The awareness in the awaken state is unimaginable God with worldly activity and the same without worldly activity is awareness in meditation state...

Theorist:- There are seven states for any soul or awareness:- 1) Awaken state in which awareness exists while the nervous system and brain are functioning. ‘I’ is an idea by which the soul is linked to world, which (world) is a total composite of matter, energy and awareness...

Ego and Jealousy Don't Allow Faith in Human Incarnation as God

Posted on: 28/12/2017

Shri Kishore Ram asked: During a long discussion with Shri Karthik and Shri Hrishikesh, we noticed the following point:- 1) In the control of doing sins, You have told that either fear for punishments (bhaya) or love to God (bhakti) must be there. In my practical experience, I find bhakti is more powerful in such control. In bhakti also, taking human incarnation as God is giving more effective result. Please elaborate on this practical aspect useful for the spiritual effort.

Swami replied: Selecting bhakti over bhaya itself indicates that the soul having such experience is really a blessed soul since such spiritual aspirant is in the rare Nivrutti line. This point itself proves that one in millions only belongs to this line in which sinful attitudes are controlled...

Datta Upanishats: Chapter-2: Kaalabhairvopanishat

Posted on: 27/12/2017

Pradhama Anuvaakah (First part): 1) Faith associated with knowledge is Kaalabhairava. He is seated on the dog, which represents faith. The four Vedas follow God Datta as four dogs. Hence, Kaalabhairava represents faith obtained through knowledge or sharp-deep analysis, which is not blind faith. It is not faith with rigid ignorance whereas it is faith attained after doing perfect analysis. The faith is based on reason and not based on blind ignorance...

Datta Upanishats: Chapter-1: Anaghopanishat

Posted on: 26/12/2017

[Shri Datta Swami composed four Upanishats in Sanskrit using Vedic meters. Each Upanishat is again sub-divided into four parts and each part is called as ‘Anuvaaka’. We are presenting below the translation in the form of explanation of each hymn (verse) done by Shri Datta Swami Himself. – Dr. C. Annapurna, Prof. of Hindi, Central University, Hyderabad]

Anuvaakah (First part): 1) Datta is defined as the unimaginable God given to humanity through a medium and Datta is that divine personality on seeing whom, you will not see anybody or anything...

Datta Samaadhaana Sutram: Chapter-15 Part-5

Posted on: 25/12/2017
27) Na chaivam Brahma chidajnaanaat jiva iti vaachyam saadrushyaat.
You shall not argue that God, the awareness, became every ordinary soul since it is not true because it is only similarity.

[Opponent:- Awareness is God. God became every soul due to His ignorance like a person entering the dream due to his ignorance. When the person in dream awakens, he becomes original awaken person. Similarly, this soul on leaving ignorance awakens and becomes original God. The conversion of soul into unimaginable awareness by merge with Eshwara leads to impossibility.

Theorist:- We must always remember that all the points mentioned regarding a soul are only the points of similarity with God. In simile, points of difference also exist based on which you must differentiate soul from God...

God Always Strongly Recommends For Positive Activity

Posted on: 24/12/2017

Shri Kartik asked: 1) [The following is an argument based on Your teachings in a forum - “Whenever a soul wants to attract other souls it is only out of a desire for fame, which has its root in egoism. If one makes himself a zero, he will become the hero, since the grace or power of God enters into him.”

Argument from opponent: "Someone is outraged at something. They have a good and worthwhile cause but realize that alone it will be impossible to realize it and together with others...

Swami replied:- My comment means the attitude to be present in the theoretical phase, which provokes anybody to do its related action. Of course, when you do an action for fame, the root of which is always ego, such action may have the required force of intention in the duration of its practical implementation...

Will Go Back Even Behind Starting Point on Doing Sins While Travelling in Spiritual Path

Posted on: 19/12/2017

Shri Kartik asked:1) Can you please explain the quality of fearlessness and how it’s relevant in the spiritual path?

Swami replied:- Fearlessness is required initially as self-confidence before putting effort in the spiritual path. The monism of Shankara gives such initial kick before starting the spiritual journey. But, this alone is not sufficient because if that alone continues in you, you lose seriousness in the effort since you feel that you are already God and further effort is useless. This leads to overconfidence and subsequent ego, resulting in your downfall. Fear for the inevitable (theory of unimaginable domain is the basis of such inevitability...

Datta Samaadhaana Sutram: Chapter-15 Part-3

Posted on: 18/12/2017
19) Na vishishtasya bahutvamiti vaachyam bahutvenaiva vishishtaat.
You should not argue that speciality is multiple since multiplicity of knowledge itself is speciality.

[Opponent: Speciality of knowledge of human incarnation can’t be standardized since the liking of receivers is in many ways. Due to this multiplicity of psychology of receivers, you can’t call any specific knowledge as special knowledge. In such case, how to identify the human incarnation by a standardized special knowledge?

Theorist:- The Veda says that God speaks special knowledge (Prajnaanam Brahma). The prefix ‘pra’ means special or excellent, which is specific to God and also specific to a set of receivers. It is specific to God in its excellent presentation without spoiling the ultimate truth and at the same time, it is specific to a set of receivers so that such receivers assimilate...
