His Holiness Shri Datta Swami is the complete human incarnation of the God Datta (Pari Pūrṇa Avatāra). The absolute unimaginable God (Parabrahman) is unimaginable to all souls in creation since He is beyond the 4-dimensional space-time model. Hence, it is impossible to worship Parabrahman. Therefore, the absolute unimaginable God has incarnated in the upper energetic world as God Datta. 'Datta' means 'The Given One', who has given Himself to the world of souls through an energetic medium for their worship. God Datta has further incarnated in the upper energetic world as God Brahmā, God Viṣṇu, God Śiva and so on. On Earth, God Datta has incarnated as numerous human incarnations in the past such as God Rāma, God Kṛṣṇa, Shri Paada Vallabha, Shri Narasimha Sarasvati etc. His Holiness Shri Datta Swami is the contemporary human incarnation of God Datta. The same God Datta, who had earlier incarnated as God Kṛṣṇa has now incarnated as Shri Datta Swami. He has come to this world to preach the true and complete spiritual knowledge to mankind. By past incarnations of God, the complete spiritual knowledge was not revealed to its fullest extent since the public were already following justice due to both fear and love for God.

Today, more than ever, there is a real need for this wonderful divine spiritual knowledge because due to over-intelligence, curved false paths are preached and followed leading the society to materialism through injustice. This is a peculiar situation, where people are highly intelligent due to the advancement of science and technology, but, they use the intelligence to cover the injustice by the mask of justice. Today's preachers (gurus) either don't know the truth or hide the truth for the sake of attaining more followers. Since most devotees are also interested to reach the true goal by the false and convenient paths, many misinterpretations are given by the gurus. They twist the meaning of the scriptures to please their followers. Humanity already stands divided by a number of religions and religious sects. Therefore, various misinterpretations cause even more divisions of the world leading to the damage of world peace. Since this world is created by God, He incarnates in every generation to uplift the justice and devotion through the preaching of true spiritual knowledge, which alone brings permanent peace and harmony in the world. Today, God Datta Himself has come down to this world as His Holiness Shri Datta Swami to give excellent spiritual knowledge to us with unprecedented clarity.
