Are the Devataas inferior forms of God compared to God Datta?

[Shri Durgaprasad asked:- Paadanamaskaaram Swami, You said that the same God Datta resides in all the divine forms (33 crores of devataas). However, in Venkateshwara Suprabhatam, a verse says all the devataas are standing in queue to have a darshan of Lord Vishnu and also were controlled by the gate keepers Jaya and Vijaya. Also, at some other place, it is said ‘Bhishodeti Suryah’ that Sun-God fears the supreme Lord. Does it mean that the devataas are inferior forms compared to Datta? ISKCON followers also claim such statements to show the supremacy of Lord Krishna. Kindly enlighten me. At Your lotus feet, -Durgaprasad]

Swami replied:- Among the incarnations, there are several types like ray (Kalaa), part (Amsha) etc., based on the quantity of exhibited power. Based on this, gradation can be assumed. Based on the internal uniform possessed power, you can treat all as various forms of God. Both angles are correct as per the required context.
