Did Lord Krishna stop time to preach the 700 verses of the Gita?

[Shri Anil asked: A person was enquiring if Lord Krishna really stopped time to explain all the 700 slokas of Bhagavad Gītā. What is the real meaning of that?]

Swami replied: After all, time is an item of this imaginable relative creation, which is expressed in terms of spatial co-ordinates that exist between the moving planets. God is beyond space and time and such miracle is not impossible for Him. This miracle is proposed by scholars only to answer the question of whether the two armies were simply watching as spectators while Lord Krishna was preaching the divine gospel on the battlefield. Such a proposal is not bad since it is not impossible in the case of the omnipotent unimaginable God existing in Krishna.
