Today, I saw Swamiji’s immense grace on my career. I joined a new company near Delhi on 20th May 2022. As a customary practice, I was on probation for 6 months and after 6 months it is required to give a presentation and based on the presentation and my performance, I will be given the confirmation letter. My confirmation was on 21st November 2022 and it went smoothly because the vice president of HR (He is known to trap others in their own words) was not present in my presentation because he was held with some other work. I got the confirmation letter then and there itself. I had the impression that this my hard work that I got this confirmation letter until today.

Today my boss told me that I need to improve my leadership skills because I am a very poor leader and people working under me find me rude and obnoxious. Also, today was my colleague’s confirmation presentation day. He joined during the same period as I did. He has better technical knowledge and leadership skills than me. His confirmation is on hold for some reason. When I heard this, it hit me hard that despite my poor knowledge and leadership skills, Swamiji is taking care of my career without any problems. He is doing this so that devotees like me can focus on this spiritual path.
