[Ms. Amudha asked: Swamiji, today I read this wonderful discourse given by You. In it, You have mentioned that the study of God is not as important as the study of the personality of a true devotee. Could You kindly give me more clarity and help me understand this concept completely?]
Swami replied: A true devotee is identified by his or her theoretical love for God followed by practical love shown towards God in the form of service and sacrifice, without the aspiration for any fruit in return from God.
