Saving me and my wife from two accidents in a span of 15 minutes:
With salutations to the lotus feet of Shri. Datta Swami, I would like to present a miracle that recently happened to us.
On 25th of July, 2023, Shri. Datta Swami along with Phani Kumar Sistla, visited our office at Guntur on His personal work. We were in the office and began recollecting numerous incidents where Shri. Datta Swami saved us from several problems miraculously. I started narrating one such incident to Shri. Datta Swami.
Sometime ago, when I was suffering from spondylitis, one of the bones in my neck region had become dislodged and began pressing the nerves of my right hand. Because of this condition, my right hand became numb, and this situation prevailed for a period of three days. I subsequently rushed to an orthopedic surgeon, who immediately advised me to get an MRI scan. After verifying the report, he explained my situation to me and also told me that my condition must be rectified with surgery if the problem persists.
I also showed the same reports to my cousin, who is a famous doctor. After verifying the reports, even my cousin was of the same opinion. He recommended the name of a good doctor who he knew very well. My cousin felt that my condition should be operated upon as early as possible. However, he advised me to first consult a physiotherapist and try my luck.
I immediately prayed to Shri. Datta Swami and then visited a physiotherapist I knew. I showed him all my reports. After going through the reports, the physiotherapist suggested that we try our luck with an option of traction to the neck region.
By the grace of Shri. Datta Swami, because of the traction to the neck region, the bone which had come out of its slot, resettled in its original position. I was completely relieved of my problem! I saluted Shri. Datta Swami a thousand times for showering His grace on me and saving me from surgery.
As I finished narrating this incident and thanked Swami, I told Him that I had no problem related to spondylitis after that point. Shri. Datta Swami smiled and told me, “It is not good if there is no problem.”
I was astonished when I heard Swami’s words and thought that some program has been scheduled for me. But after five minutes, Shri. Datta Swami Himself gave me an antidote when He spontaneously wrote a sloka on Rahu, which is as follows:
Rāho! Prasīda mama Jāḍya mapāhara Tvam,
Matpāpa karma phalameva Dadāsi Śuddha! ।
Śūro'si, Bhanu Saśinorapi Bhakṣako'si,
Sa Tvaṃ Gṛhāṇa mama bhakti namaśśatāni ।।
Shri. Datta Swami advised me to read this sloka as many times as possible. I immediately thanked Shri. Datta Swami in my heart that an antidote in the form of this sloka was graced by Him for my future.
In just four days’ time, my wife and I decided to go to Satyanarayanapuram to buy some coffee powder and other essential groceries. We decided to go on the bike for this purpose. I would like to point out that my bike has also been graced by Shri. Datta Swami only. He protected me and my wife from many incidents while riding this bike itself.
When we stopped at the traffic signal near Ramavarappadu Ring Road, which is a very busy junction, my bike suddenly stopped. My wife was immediately about to get down. I told her not to get off the bike and tried to start the bike by kicking the kickstart lever. However, I suddenly lost balance as my wife was also sitting on the vehicle. We both started falling, and I fell on the bike that was next to me. My forehand touched the silencer of the biker next to me and sustained a burn injury. My right leg also sustained a burn injury as it bumped into my own bike’s silencer.
While I experienced only two burn injuries, my wife fortunately remained unhurt during this incident.
Some people around us helped us by lifting the bike from my leg. We slowly shifted to a nearby place as it was a very busy junction with 100s of lorries and heavy vehicles plying through the road at all times. My wife suggested going back home as we had had an accident. But I insisted that we go on as per our program as nothing serious had happened to us. My wife finally agreed, and we proceeded with our journey.
In another 5 minutes, there was a pit on the road ahead. All that while, I was thinking about the accident earlier, and I did not notice the pit. We were also going a little bit fast, and our vehicle bounced as we ran into the pit. As a result, we both again fell down from the vehicle. But because of Shri. Datta Swami’s grace, we experienced the same outcome as before. We were both saved from the second accident without any major injuries, despite the fact that our bike was literally in the air seconds earlier. We had both jumped out of the vehicle and fell down hard, but miraculously, nothing happened to us!
I thank Shri. Datta Swami from the bottom of my heart for saving us from two accidents that happened in a span of 15 minutes. Even though I don’t deserve it, Shri. Datta Swami showered His grace and saved us from two accidents. Without His blessings, we may not be like how we are today.
Here, two points are to be kept in mind: 1) The karma phala of our bad deeds was so serious that we met with two accidents in a span of 15 minutes, and 2) The compassion displayed by Shri. Datta Swami in saving our lives.
This is one more example of Shri. Datta Swami’s prophecy coming true.
I once again thank Shri. Datta Swami from the bottom of my heart, for saving our lives. One of my friends always used to tell me that no other person would have given as many problems to Shri. Datta Swami as I have. It is definitely true that no other person has given as many troubles to Shri. Datta Swami as me. This one point is 100% true in my case.
