[Shri Soumyadip Mondal asked: Sir, one of my aunts is facing difficult time. Few days back, she was admitted in hospital and needed blood. Now she fell down on her knees and some fracture took place. Otherwise she is highly diabetic and is on insulin. And she is having hypertension which does not allow her to sleep at night even after taking sleeping pills. At this point, should I ask her to chant Shree Anjaneya? Please advise. At Your divine lotus feet, Your ardent servant, Soumyadip Mondal]
Swami replied:- You ask her to chant “Shri Anjaneya – Shri Subrahmanya” for one hour daily.
