Was Swami Narayan an incarnation of Krishna?

[Shri Aditya asked: I read in the news, the world's biggest temple is opening in New Jersey, I want to know if Swami Narayan (the main deity in the temple) was indeed an incarnation of Krishna as people believe.]

Swami replied:- Swami Narayan was certainly the incarnation of God Datta.
