Giving the Darshan as God Datta
Shri Koneru Satyanarayana did not see the form of Dattatreya earlier. Once, when Swami was performing the Datta Homa, God Datta appeared to him in the Yajña fire. Later on, Shri Satyanarayana was amazed to see the photo of God Datta in the Datta Pīṭha in our house. Shri Datta appeared to him in the same form as he saw it in the fire! He is a blessed soul! He was uplifted by the darshan of Datta. Swami told the devotees about Shiri Satyanarayana as follows. "That soul is a pious soul who does not deviate from truth and justice. That is why I love that soul. That soul was a king of Kerala in his previous birth. He was a pious person who gave Me alms (Bhiksha) when I was in the incarnation of Shankaracharya," Swami said.
One day, without knowing that it was Shankara Jayanti, Shri Satyanarayana discussed for a long time, praising the greatness of Shankaracharya at his house with his friends. The next day, Swami went to his house, taking a large photo of Shankaracharya dressed in saffron clothes and presented it to him! He was very surprised.
