Stopping the Train Immediately
[16-10-2002] Smt. Malathi was a devotee of Swami. She believed that Swami was directly the incarnation of Lord Datta. Swami reached the house of Smt. Malathi for food (Bhikṣā) and while receiving the Bhiksha, He repeatedly told Smt. Malathi like this. "Aḍugumu ivvabaḍunu", "Ask that shall be given", "Keḷuṃgal–Kuḍukaṃbaḍum" said Swami repeatedly in three languages. Smt. Malathi, thinking that Swami was asking her to seek worldly benefits, said, "I don't want anything. It is enough if it is like the present state." The next day, she had to travel. She had to board the Tirumala Express train at 8 pm in Tadepalligudem. One son boarded the train. The train started. Her father was running, holding the train. The boy who boarded was ready to jump off the train. The train gained more speed. Smt. Malathi did not know what to do. She was confused. Thinking of Swami, she shouted "Swami" in a very loud voice. Swami immediately appeared. Wearing a lungi and carrying a shoulder bag, He raised His hand and shouted "Stop!" The train stopped immediately. Smt. Malathi, her second son and her father boarded the train. Everyone in the compartment praised, saying, "Some God came and stopped the train for you."
Thus, the miracles of Swami are eternal and infinite. That is why Swami said, "Nānto'sti mama divyānām, vibhūtīnāṃ paraṃtapa" (Gita)! Therefore, we conclude this never-ending book with this.
