Can You suggest a Mantra by which my mind is attracted towards Venkateshwara and Krishna?

[Ms. Thrylokya asked:- Swami! Can You say a Mantra to me by which my mind can be attracted towards Lord Venkateshwara and Lord Krishna? Due to their polygamy, my mind is not getting attracted to them.]

Swami replied:- Mantra means a concept or a line of prose or poetry or song that attracts your mind naturally without the basis of desire for any boon in return. Nobody is authorized to give Mantra to anybody. Mantra is to be investigated by an individual himself/herself. Even a cinema song attracting your mind can be Mantra, if you direct that song towards God with inspiring love to God.

Regarding polygamy of God, it is all perfect misunderstanding that results due to not understanding the real personality of God. If you forget or don’t know the right path, you will enter a wrong path. Ignorance is the source for wrong knowledge. Truth has only one word, whereas lie has several words. A rope can be misunderstood as serpent or stick or belt or chain. Truth has only one word, which is rope, whereas lie has several words, which are serpent, stick, belt, chain etc. Hence, in ignorance, several wrong arguments resulting in several wrong concepts appear in the mind. True knowledge is always confined to one concept only.

Justice is the central part of ethical scriptures in the entire world and everyone speaks about justice as the highest achievement. To the Deity of Justice, every human being looks like an animal! When that Deity of Justice looks like an animal (cow) in the presence of God, you can imagine the ocean of difference between God and Deity of Justice. The Deity of Justice asks doubts in the concepts of justice and clarifies from God. Even the higher concepts of justice are known to God, which are not known to the Deity of Justice. Dharma Raja, the son of Deity of Justice (Yamadharma Raja) thought that telling a lie is injustice. But, God Krishna proved it as justice in the context of killing Drona, who stood on the side of injustice. Deity of Justice is an angel and even angels are souls created by God. But, God is the creator and protector of all souls including the Deity of Justice. Being the creator and protector of justice, God is always infinitely greater than justice. But, God never does even a trace or shadow of injustice even though there is nobody above God to question God.

Swami

God has the miraculous power called Mahaa Maayaa, which does the creation of souls and all other inert items based on the wish of God for His entertainment. The Mahaa Maaya is modified into this creation and hence, she can be strictly treated as the biological mother of all the souls. God cannot be treated as the biological father since He contributed only His wish and not sperm. But, since Mahaa Maayaa is His wife (Mahaa Maaya becomes a female personality and becomes the wife of God when God is personified as incarnation), God becomes an assumed Father for all the souls. Even then, God treats all the souls as His issues only. Of course, God loves all the souls being their Divine Father, but, His consciousness (manasaakshi) does not allow Him to have any romantic feelings towards them. You believe a petty fellow, who is a created soul only, as very good person when he says that he can’t do a sin since his consciousness does not agree and allow it. You praise such a fellow, who is just a mere follower of justice. But, you doubt the creator and protector of justice thinking that such God has no consciousness because awareness is not present in God. I told several times that if God thinks, He thinks using His omnipotence and hence, in His case, awareness is not necessary for thinking. This means that unimaginable awareness exists in God. What is consciousness? It is a deeper layer of awareness only. Hence, God has unimaginable consciousness. Hence, God will also not do any injustice at any time in any context. Being the establisher of justice, He always stands as the practical ideal personality for the sake of others to follow justice. Sages and angels are always watching Him with devotion through continuous meditation. Even a small judge in this world is afraid to support injustice since public are watching him.

When some devotees become interested in sweet devotion treating God as their darling since their darling bond is very strong (to reach God, soul’s strongest bond is to be diverted to God so that the soul’s bond with God becomes the strongest through which it can reach God), God has no option to refuse their path of sweet devotion to reach God. To protect justice, He is not directly involved in the sweet devotion. He creates some souls having exactly the same form of God and the sweet devotees reach God by diverting their darling bonds to such created forms of God. These sweet devotees are not sinners since they did not form their darling bonds with any ordinary human beings. In Nivrutti, even justice shall not be voted if God competes with justice. By deepest analysis, you will understand that not voting for justice in that context is not injustice.

Some may criticize that God is a stony celibate or a small child without the scent of romance. But, His personality is always complete. Mahaa Maayaa takes a female personality to have romantic life with the personified God like Sita for Rama, Radha/Rukmini for Krishna, Sarasvati for Brahma, Lakshmi for Narayana, Parvati for Shiva and Anaghaa for Datta etc. If you criticize that God is also craving for romance, you can shut your mouth by seeing the forms of God like Hanuman, Adi Shankara etc., who are not married at all. Thus, the divine personality of God is unimaginable and if one tries to understand God deeply, such soul will become mad due to striking wonderment!

In fact, sage Narada told in a sutra (Jāravat ca) that a devotee must love God with unimaginable depth just like a soul loves his/her illegal darling. Here, the depth of love alone must be taken as the simile and not the illegality of the bond. Some scholars feared that this Sutra will be misunderstood and society will be spoiled and hence, they deleted this sutra in the latest additions of the book “Bhakti Sutram” written by Sage Narada. King Bhoja once observed a household wife, who ran into her house with fear just by hearing the sound of a crow. But, she leaves the house alone in the midnight and crosses the dangerous river of Narmada that is full of crocodiles just to meet her illegal darling staying on the other side of the river! We should only take the strength of love and not its illegality in the simile. Even if one point is similar, a simile can be told between any two items. Poet Bilhana was deeply thinking about his wife and travelling in a forest. Due to his deep absorption, he did not know that his foot touched a sage doing penance for God. The sage became angry and shouted. Poet Bilhana replied “I am absorbed in the thoughts of my wife and did not know that my foot touched you. Similarly, you are absorbed in the thoughts of God. How did you know that my foot touched you?”. The sage realized the truth and took the path of Bilhana (darling bond) towards God and in return, he gave to Bilhana his goal, God so that both reached God with the strongest bond. Here, the sage took the path of Bilhana only and not the goal of Bilhana. Poet Bilhana took only the goal of the sage and replaced his goal by that goal. Diverting the path of darling to God means keeping the path of darling with the soul intact and replacing the goal (human being) by God. Here, I don’t understand the existence of any wrong concept or any injustice!

The Veda says that all souls in the creation, irrespective of the gender of their bodies (soul has no gender) are females and wives of God (Striyaḥ satīḥ puṃsaḥ… - Veda). Here, God is not to be taken as husband in romantic sense and get confused with the concept of sweet devotion. The concept of sweet devotion is different and is related to some devoted souls, who chose to reach God through the darling-bond. The concept of God being the husband of all souls is related to all souls irrespective of gender and there is no romantic sense here. Some people are so foolish to treat males also as external females considering them as wives of God and bring the concept of homosexuality! Here, sex is not referred at all because the genderless soul is mentioned. You need not doubt that how an externally male soul can become female. Here, you have to understand the science of spiritual knowledge. Prakruti means creation standing as female and Purusha means creator standing as male (Puruṣaṃ prakṛtiṃ caiva… - Gita). The soul is a part of the creation and not a part of the creator. Hence, soul is called Paraaprakruti, the best part of creation or Prakruti or female. In this sense, soul is female. Then, comes the point of soul to be the wife. Bhartaa means the husband and Bhaaryaa means the wife. As per the root meanings of these two words, Bhartaa means the supporter (Bibharti iti) and Bhaaryaa means the supported item (Bhriyate iti). A table is Bhartaa or supporter and all the items supported by the table are the Bhaaryaa or supported items. Do you expect any romance between the table and the items present on the table and say that the table is practicing polygamy?

Similarly, God is the supporter of the entire world including souls and God is also an individual supporter of every item or soul. God is Bhartaa or husband for every soul in this sense of maintenance. But, ignorant people immediately bring the romantic sense into this and say that since souls are many and God is one, God is practicing polygamy! I have already explained how God handles the topic of sweet devotion by creating His illusory forms without involving Himself in any angle and confines His romance with Himself (His power personified becomes His wife. But, He and His power are one and the same. Since His wife is Himself, His celibacy is also maintained). With this extraordinary arrangement, He protected the justice and simultaneously led the sweet devotees to God. I am becoming mad by realizing the unimaginable talent of the omnipotent God giving the most unimaginable solution in this critical problem and I am not understanding how other people did not become mad due to the shock of wonder! Devotees in the path of devotion become mad by studying the divine personality of God due to the shock of wonder (Aashcaryavat… - Gita) and hence, madness is said to be the last stage of devotion before meeting death (Unmādo maraṇaṃ tataḥ…).
