Is God the supporter of the entire creation including all the souls?

[Shri S. Phani Kumar asked:- Swami, You said that God is the supporter of the entire creation including souls. But, in the Veda, it is told that two birds are sitting on a tree and one bird is God and another bird is soul while the tree is the entire creation. Here, the God-bird is not supporting the tree, which is the world. How to correlate this point?]

Swami replied:- The Veda says that God is the creator, supporter and destroyer of the world (Yato vā…). The Brahma Suutras also say the same (Janmādyasya yataḥ…). The Gita also says the same thing (Prabhavaḥ pralayastathā…, Mayi sarvamidam…). But, the God referred by all these scriptures is Parabrahman or unimaginable God called as Nirguna Brahman. The bird sitting on the tree is the incarnation of Parabrahman or God Datta or Saguna Brahman. The same Parabrahman appears in the world clothed (mediated) by a limited part of creation (body with soul). Hence, Saguna Brahman or imaginable and visible incarnation appears as a body only like any other energetic being or human being. Hence, God limited by a limited external medium can exist in this world (which means that the God-bird can sit on the branch of the tree).
