Is it true that in Vrindavan, Radha and Krishna come to do Rasa leela at night?

[Shri Anil asked:- A question raised in an internet forum: Is it true that in Vrindavan, Radha and Krishna come to do Rasa leela at night and that if someone watches them doing so, then that person becomes blind or mentally disabled?]

Swami replied:- There are concrete examples about this statement. The devotees, who wanted to observe the facts about God Krishna dancing with Radha and Gopikas stayed in Vrindavan (Brundaavanam) at night by hiding themselves. Such devotees became either blind or mentally disabled. In fact, the instruction of the temple is that one should leave the temple by sunset and should not stay in the temple or in the garden surrounding the temple. Violating this rule, some devotees stayed in the garden to verify the fact of the dance of God Krishna with Gopikas and Radha. They saw the dance and became blind or mad. After many such examples, now, no devotee stays there after sunset. Every day, before closing the temple, the priests arrange the bed and some sweets along with paan (betel leaves) in a room in the temple. All the sweets and the paan would be seen half eaten by the next morning. The proof for God Krishna and Radha sharing the night bed is also seen by everybody (the bedsheets become messy) in the morning when the strongly locked doors of the temple are opened.
