How to Rectify the Most Serious Defect in the Judicial Field?

[Prof. JSR Prasad asked:- In the present days, even the temples of justice, which are courts are sometimes becoming the places of injustice and sometimes, even corruption is heard. How to rectify this most serious defect in the judicial field?]

Swami replied:- When the advocates are arguing for false cases also, attracted by the money given in the name of fees, they can make justice as injustice and injustice as justice with the help of their powerful arguments. The only control of this sin is the fear for God. Even an atheist fears for God because due to the 50:50 probability-theory, the unseen God may exist or may not exist. If the atheist says that the theist must show God or hell or heaven in this cosmic space, the theist must reply like this “I cannot show God or hell or heaven in this infinite space and you are also unable to show me the absence of God or hell in this infinite space. Neither I can take you to show the entire space up to its border limits, nor you can take me with you up to all border limits of the space. Therefore, here, 50:50 probability of existence of God results. There is equal probability for the existence and absence of God. In such case, you must select the option, which is with least risk. If you believe in the existence of God and hell and does not do any sin, even though God does not exist, there is no loss to you. If you believe in the absence of God and suppose God and hell exist, you are finished!!! Therefore, the option with least risk is believing the existence of God. Based on this logic, even the strongest atheist secretly believes in the existence of God in his deep consciousness. Therefore, the only fear that exists in any human being in this world is the fear for God. Due to the 50:50 probability, if God and hell exist, God will punish me in hell for my sins. Such fear makes even the atheist to fear for God internally”.

In the background of this concept, every party, whether petitioner or respondent, shall clearly promise by putting the photo of God on the head, saying that he/she will speak truth only and if he/she speaks lies, God shall punish him/her. They shall also say that their children will be punished by God if they had done any injustice. Every advocate must also take such oath on God telling “If I argue on the side of injustice knowing the justice, let me be punished by God. My children will suffer due to the curse of God for my injustice done”. Similarly, the judge must write the first sentence in the judgement that if he/she gives false judgement knowing the justice, he/she shall be punished by God and his/her children will suffer due to the curse of God for the injustice done. Some people created a clever trick that they will take oath on their consciousness, which is not at all omnipotent and which is nothing but mild nervous energy flowing in the tender nerves of the body. The court must insist this oath on everybody, whoever is involved in the case. Then, the justice will survive forever in all courts. This is the only way to protect justice. In the ancient days, every case was enquired in the temple in the presence of God. That is why justice prevailed in those times.
