Kindly enlighten me on the following.

[Shri Soumyadip asked: Sastanga pronam Swami jee, "Kumati nibare, sumati ki sangi" is what one achieves from Lord Hanuman.

1. Is it called chittashuddhi?

2. Is it the pabitra mind required for worship of God? Or,

3. Is it the result of continuous chanting of Hanuman chalisa?

4. Does this mean a total zero negative/ criminal thoughts?

5. Is it the point when worldly thoughts stop haunting a person?

6. How to cultivate good thoughts, is force required in the beginning or naturally it will come to a sincere devotee? Kindly enlighten us. Your sincere servant, Soumyadip Mondal]

Swami replied:- All the above benefits are obtained by meditating upon God Hanuman. He is the incarnation of God Shiva, who is the embodiment of all spiritual qualities. It is said that one should learn the spiritual knowledge from Lord Shiva (Jñānaṃ Mahesvarādicchet). God Hanuman is both path and goal. His unimaginable powers show that He is the goal-God. His dedicated service to Shri Rama shows that He is the path to reach God. He is the real Sadguru, who is both guide and goal. Any incarnation of God acts as both path and goal, who is a two in one system.
