Smt. Anita R asked:- Swami, please explain Spiritual Science, Spiritual Economics and Spiritual Politics.

Swami replied:- 1) Spiritual Science:- Science is always built up from practical experiments and this is the inherent characteristic of science. In the spiritual line also, there are several miracles performed by God in human form and these miracles stand as practical experiments to generate the theoretical phase of science. Therefore, it is always the most correct concept to call ‘Spiritual Knowledge’ as ‘Spiritual Science’. To give examples of miracles, the incarnations of God Datta have done an uncountable number of miracles. These incarnations include Sripāda Srivallabha, Shri Narasimha Sarasvati, Shri Manikya Prabhu, Shri Akkalkot Maharaj, Shri Shirdi Sai Baba and Shri Satya Sai Baba. Even live videos were recorded in the presence of the public while the miracles were performed by Shri Satya Sai Baba.

2) Spiritual Economics:- If you offer food items to the human incarnation of God, He will eat those food items. This is a terrible loss for the devotees. Devotees wanted to create an illusion to God as if they have offered food items and as if God has eaten those food items and the remains after eating by God are taken as Prasadams. While simultaneously the food items are not actually eaten by God so that all the food items can be eaten by devotees, their idea is that God's brain should be washed by this illusion and God must give practical boons or benefits to the devotees. For this purpose, the human incarnation of God is rejected. Photos and statues of God were placed in the place of human incarnations. Therefore, the main reason of rejecting human incarnation and selecting statues and photos have developed in our tradition based on the greediness and selfishness of the devotee. The rejection of human incarnation is not based on any other valid concept. It is based only on this spiritual economics.

3) Spiritual Politics:- After the human incarnation of God, who shall be the next successor? This is just simply spiritual politics because we see such situations in politics anywhere. I will give a recent example. After Sri Satya Sai Baba, one student, who studied in Sri Satya Sai University, claims himself to be the successor while the old trust of Sri Satya Sai Baba vehemently opposes this claim. This point again became just like the present politics because the majority of devotees are deciding this issue like the selection of the leader by majority in the present assembly or parliament. Shri Satya Sai Baba told that He would incarnate as Prema Sai Baba. Based on this, already three to four people are claiming themselves as Prema Sai Baba. They are doing all the miracles done by Shri Satya Sai Baba and preaching the same concepts of Shri Satya Sai Baba. In this case, we can say that the human incarnation can mean not only an individual, but also a group of individuals. In the same time, Shri Shirdi Sai Baba, Shri Akkalkot Maharaj and Shri Ramakrishna Paramahamsa existed as human incarnations of the same God Datta. Actually, God Datta will appear in energetic form to the deserving devotee and orders to propagate the spiritual knowledge. This is the actual selection of the successor of the human incarnation. It is not like the selection of the next chairman in a private limited company! When God appears before you (if you are a deserving devotee), you should say “O God! I am an ignorant soul. How can I do this work?”. Then, God will be pleased with you and will merge with you to make you the new human incarnation for the propagation of spiritual science. This is the true procedure and devotees shall not fall into the illusions inserted by certain other devotees through their powerful ego-injections of praises by blowing the trumpets! The true incarnation of God will always hide itself and never project itself like a demon after achieving some spiritual powers. Among the devotees, the politics are just like the politics among ordinary human beings only since the devotees have not reached the spiritual goal.
