[A poem by Smt. Chhandaa Chandra on Shri Datta Swami]
Bramha, Vishnu and Maheshwara, known as the Trinity,
When the three unite, it becomes the Almighty.
Infact, Almighty incarnated as this divine Trinity.
The Almighty is omniscient - be it knowledge or time
(omniscient:- all-knowing)
For me, He has taken the form of Swami, my goal divine.
All say that the Almighty is always unseen,
I can see none except Swami, even beyond imagining and thinking
As Brahma, He, the king of all knowledges, preaches – the spiritual,
Making all other subjects of the world just fade and pale.
(fade:- disappear, pale:- dull)
His love is as deep as that of an ocean, in the form of Vishnu,
I can’t find any language to describe it, just sitting with no clue.
The miracles that He exhibits as Lord Shiva,
No other is comparable, not even any Deva.
Wherever you go to visit God, in temple, mosque or church,
I promise, you will find Swami everywhere, if it is really a search!
When I can see God before my eyes in Swami, the contemporary human incarnation,
Why should I go around the world to find my destination?
I am at His divine feet, I totally surrender,
My life is full, I don’t want to wander.
(wander: to roam)
Swami, the perfect example of greatness and kindness, blissful is His sympathy,
May I be ever blessed, with one drop of His infinite compassion.
