Is it possible for souls to not make any mistakes in work?

[Ms. Bhanu Samykya asked: Paadanamaskaaram Swami, whatever I do, there are many mistakes in it. In both worldly work and divine service. With what attitude I should take my mistakes and correct it? Is it possible for souls to not make any mistakes in work? - At Your Divine Lotus Feet, Bhanu Samykya]

Swami replied:- Angels work without mistakes. Demons always work with mistakes and do not rectify their mistakes (even if they realize) due to ego. Human beings certainly err in work and rectify their mistakes as they realize their mistakes. Angels and demons exist as human beings also in the forms of human beings only. Animals err and do not rectify because they lack the capacity of realization. Animals exist separately in this human world and animals also exist as human beings in the form of human beings only. By the grace of God, every human being is given the capacity of realizing its mistake and therefore, the human being can rectify its mistake very easily. Sometimes, some human being is unable to rectify its mistake because such human being suffers with ego since such human being was a demon for the past several births. Some other human being is unable to rectify its mistake because such human being suffers with ignorance since such human being was an animal for the past several births. After preaching the spiritual knowledge for a long time, the animal may change into a human being, but, a demon never changes into a human being. Hence, God has no other alternative than to punish the demonic souls. Therefore, God is called as the killer of demons (Raakshaantakah). God Krishna killed Kauravas because they were demons born as human beings. God Rama killed Ravana and God Narasimha killed Hiranyakashipu for the same reason.
